The sound vibrations may support <strong>muscular release<\/strong>, <strong>calm mental activity<\/strong>, deepen the breath and promote a genuine <strong>sense of inner restoration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Throughout the session, the body will gradually release accumulated tension while the mind naturally begins to slow down. Some vibrations may even be felt physically within the body, creating an immersive experience that supports deep relaxation, inner calm and regeneration.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">No previous experience will be required.
