Sunday Yoga – theme: the Chakras and from September Yamas & Niyamas
Join us on Sundays with friends, couples, father-mother-teens or alone for a practice that is sometimes gentle, sometimes more dynamic but always rejuvenating and appropriate. Discover with curiosity the different ways of practicing yoga with qualified, passionate and creative teachers who will guide you with respect and kindness in a session open to all levels. Beginners welcome.
