In my Postnatal Yoga classes, I offer a gentle and supportive space where you can reconnect with your body, your breath, and yourself after birth — while also sharing meaningful moments with your baby.

The postnatal period is a time of deep physical, emotional, and hormonal transformation. Through mindful movement, breathing, relaxation, and gentle strengthening exercises, my intention is to help you gradually regain strength, release tension, improve posture, and feel more supported in your everyday life as a mother.

These classes are designed to nurture both body and mind in a calm, caring, and non-judgmental environment where every mother is welcomed exactly as she is. Babies are welcome too, allowing you to practice without pressure while creating a beautiful moment of connection together.

My approach combines softness, listening, and respect for each woman’s individual rhythm and recovery journey. Whether you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, emotional, or simply in need of a moment to breathe and reconnect, this practice offers space to slow down and care for yourself with kindness.
