Fun Sunday Yoga 2024
Theme: Nature
This year, the theme of each session will be Nature and its variations: elements, seasons, kingdoms… Come and discover, through our different yoga and Pilates practices, a way of reconnecting with Nature: its rhythms, its cycles, its mysteries.
Join us on Sunday mornings for a practice that’s sometimes gentle, sometimes more dynamic, but always rejuvenating and appropriate. Discover with curiosity the different ways of practicing yoga with qualified, passionate and creative teachers who will guide you with respect and kindness in a session open to all levels. Beginners welcome.
