Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a practice I am deeply passionate about because it is both dynamic and demanding — a living discipline where each posture flows naturally into the next through the union of breath and movement.

This beautiful synchronicity creates a true sense of flow, gradually transforming the practice into a moving meditation. Through this traditional method, transmitted by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, we bring together body, breath, and concentration in a unique experience that develops strength, flexibility, endurance, and inner clarity.

I warmly invite you to come and explore this practice with me every Friday at noon. Whether you are simply curious, already practising yoga, or looking for a moment to reconnect with yourself, Ashtanga can become a powerful journey towards greater presence, balance, and self-awareness.
