Evening Pilates

(Any session that is not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged)

All of our daily activities are based on our center. Pilates will allow you to gently mobilize and strengthen all your deep muscles, especially your abdominal muscles.

My classes are adapted to you, whatever your goals and physical condition, every every Monday and Tuesday at 6:15pm.
