Find the strength within you to power through power yoga!

As the name suggests, this modern type of yoga focuses on dynamic flows that strengthen the body while improving flexibility, concentration, balance, and endurance. A set-in motion that leads with time and practice to the calm of the mind and to a better awareness of oneself.

The different sun salutations but also strengthening asanas are practiced, with a rhythm going crescendo and guided by the Ujjai breathing, offered as an option. Active stretching and strengthening are done in standing, sitting and lying down positions in a fluid way to allow the energy to awaken and circulate. A well-deserved relaxation at the end of the class.
