This class is open to all those who wish to practice Yoga in a gentle way, comfortably seated on a chair, in order to overcome the limits that age, illness or trauma sometimes impose on the body.

You lack tone, balance, strength or endure joint pain, an injury or a change in life, you can no longer maintain your activities, you become isolated and gradually lose your vitality.

Chair Yoga can change that by offering the tools of yoga to everyone.

Come and explore simple movements guided by conscious breathing, meditation and relaxation with the greatest respect for your being and within the limits of your possibilities. You will learn to dialogue with your body and your whole being with gratitude without h aving to lie down on the floor.
