Don’t tell me “I’m not flexible enough to do yoga”, that would be like telling me “I can’t teach my baby to walk because he has no balance”.

The practice of Hatha Yoga is a path of detachment from the outcome, acceptance of what is, a nd this with joy and gratitude. You approach this path with what your body and mind offer y ou and we continue together without judgment. You will quickly feel an immediate sense of well-being. I accompany and guide you in a practice that is sometimes gentle, sometimes more “punched”, sometimes more spiritual or more focused on pranayama (breathing). Hatha Yoga improves your being on all levels, the muscles are toned, powerful, lengthened and flexible. Your physical progress is constant and so is your mental calm. Your daily life becomes less stressful, you become more aware of your posture, your diet. Most importantly, you become more aware of your health.
