HORMONE YOGA FOR WOMEN

Today’s hectic lifestyle, stress, environment, work are all factors that can influence our hormonal factors that can influence our hormonal balance. When the hormonal system imbalance, the whole body, the nervous and immune systems are affected.

From the age of 40, the fluctuation of estrogen and the decrease of progesterone create hormonal imbalance that causes a whole series of symptoms at the physical, mental and social levels mental and social symptoms such as hot flashes, weight gain, insomnia, joint pain, mood swings, melancholy, anxiety, stress, hair loss, decreased libido and urinary loss.
