HORMONE YOGA FOR WOMEN Mondays from 12.00 to 1.00 pm

Today’s hectic lifestyle, stress, environment, and work are all factors that can
influence our hormonal balance. When the hormonal system is out of balance,
the whole body, the nervous system, and the immune system are affected.

HORMONE YOGA for women helps to rebalance the hormonal system by
stimulating the glands (ovaries, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal, and pituitary glands)
with specific breathing techniques, adapted Hatha yoga postures, highly
restorative poses, and yoga nidra, which puts the mind in a state of semi-
awakening and facilitates letting go.

Women of all ages:
– With irregular or painful menstrual cycles
– To stimulate fertility and increase the chances of remaining pregnant
– To live the best of the peri-menopausal period (Approx. from the age of
40), when a whole range of physical, mental, and social symptoms such
as hot flushes, weight gain, insomnia, joint pain, mood swings,
melancholy, anxiety, stress, hair loss, reduced libido and urinary loss
– For menopausal women who want to stay in good health and reduce the risk
of cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis.
As the weeks go by, hormones rebalance themselves naturally and :
