Wednesday at 3:15 pm for 4-7 year olds
Wednesday at 5:00 pm for 8-10 year olds

(Conditions: preferably live in Founex or one of the communes of Terre-Sainte, hold a basic 200h residential yoga teacher training certificate as well as a residential yoga teacher training for children. Applicants with online training only will not be considered) 

During class we develop an awareness of our bodies, emotions and important life values – and how these aspects are all interconnected.

The 4 elements of a yoga class: Breathing, Postures, Mindfulness – Relaxation.

These 4 elements are included in a playful way, helping children develop physical and mental agility and resilience. Through the classes, the teacher share with the children keys to making the right choices for their body, heart and mind.
