The PILATES method is enriching and beneficial for all ages, regardless of body type, physical condition or level of sport. Pilates focuses on strengthening the body’s core (abdomen, back and hips) through non-impact exercises.

Recovering from surgery, carrying your children, sprawling on the couch, driving for long periods of time… All of these activities can cause bone and muscle pain over an extended period of time.
