Slow Flow Yoga can be defined as a yoga class that incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), through which the student experiences a sense of free flowing physical movement. The movement through these postures is combined with the breath, creating an even greater sense of fluidity, strength, ease and release of tension.

This class is a perfect combination of breath, movement and deep relaxation. It begins with a slow flow of vinyasa to warm up, strengthen and open the body, followed by restorative postures to calm the mind and awaken the soul through Savasana.

The class is perfect for beginners and those with chronic injury or pain, such as back, hip or knee pain. In class, I provide props for students to use. All levels are welcome in this class, and the teacher monitors each student’s progress and tailors the class to their strength with modifications. All new students will feel comfortable as I respect each student’s ability and slowly increase the level of strengthening postures. Please feel free to inform me of any medical conditions.

Classes are taught in French and English.
