Slow Flow Yoga is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with a sense of ease and fluidity in both body and mind. Through a gentle and harmonious flow of movements and postures, the breath guides every transition, creating a practice that feels calming, energising, and deeply nourishing all at once.

I love to think of this class as a slow dance between movement and breath. Little by little, the body warms up, grows stronger, softens, opens, and releases. Tension begins to melt away, the mind becomes quieter, and you rediscover more space, lightness, and connection within yourself. The class finishes in an atmosphere of calm and comfort with restorative postures and Savasana — that precious moment where body and mind can completely let go.

Slow Flow Yoga helps improve posture, strengthen the core, increase flexibility, and release the physical and emotional tension we so often carry in daily life. This is a supportive and accessible practice, especially suitable for beginners, as well as for anyone experiencing chronic pain, stiffness, or tension in the back, hips, or knees. Props are always available so that everybody can practise comfortably, safely, and at their own pace.

In my classes, everyone is welcomed with kindness, simplicity, and care. I place great importance on respecting each person’s rhythm and individual abilities. No matter your age, flexibility, or previous yoga experience, you are truly welcome here. Every movement can be adapted so that you feel comfortable, supported, and free to progress with confidence while rediscovering the joy of moving your body.

Classes are offered in both French and English in a warm, joyful, and non-judgemental atmosphere, where people come not only to care for their bodies, but also to breathe, release stress, and reconnect with a beautiful sense of inner balance and energy.
