Yoga Nidra is one of the most effective methods for relieving stress, healing, repairing the body and experiencing tranquility.

Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep”. Often referred to as the “Waking Dream” state, Yoga Nidra is a very ancient and largely unknown approach to the practice of deep relaxation. It originates from the great traditions and philosophies of India.

This approach, which inspired sophrology, offers access to calm, happiness and well-being. Yoga Nidra seeks the means to put the body and mind to sleep while keeping the consciousness awake through the combination of concentration and deep relaxation. It is the natural complement to the healing benefits of asana and pranayama.

Some benefits: reduces stress and anxiety, increases immunity, improves heart function, r educes pain, improves sleep, etc.
