In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, do more, and stay productive, Yin Yoga offers something many of us deeply need: permission to slow down.
While more active styles of yoga focus on strength and movement, Yin Yoga invites stillness, softness, and deep release.
Through long, supported postures held in comfort, the practice gently works into the joints, bones, tendons, connective tissues, fascia, and deeper layers of the body that are often overlooked in more dynamic forms of exercise.
